Heya! I’m Alisa, and I’ve always been fascinated by how people, places, & ideas intersect. From my childhood in the South, to years spent abroad, & now life in Upstate New York, I’ve learned that growth, whether in a garden or a business thrives on connection.
My work is shaped by hands-on experience across the local flower world, from growing & selling to collaborating with florists and farms. I’ve seen how much easier things feel when communication & expectations are clear & how challenging it can be when they’re not.
Through Floral & Field Consulting, my work is about building relationships with shared values & collaboration. When growers & florists work together with intention, local flowers become more than seasonal. They help keep care, stewardship, & economic impact circulating within our communities.
